I forgot to share with you what I made for Hanukkah. As always, we like to commemorate the holiday by serving fried foods. The fried food of choice these past few years has been sufganiyot. Who says vegetables can't be pretty? Just look at these. I call them Tricolored Cauliflowers since they come in 3 different colors - green, purple, and orange. I finally made something worthy of a conversation. Right, right?! Pumpkin-shaped soft buns stuffed with more pumpkin, what can be more irresistible than that? If you love pumpkin, that is.
