Thanksgiving is just 2 weeks away, gasp! I feel the need to quicken my stride! Some people at work are saying that there may be a shortage of turkeys. Gosh, how can that be?! Whenever our family feels like celebrating we somehow always end up in a Korean restaurant. Unlike Giada, I quite enjoy cauliflower rice. What's not to like, seriously?! It tastes like the real thing. It can also masquerade as bulgur. In a tabbouleh-type salad like this, you won't miss the real grain. Once I even fooled my husband into thinking that he was eating couscous.
