As soon as December hits, I start thinking seriously about Christmas, ergo cookies. Also, Hanukkah. Ergo fried foods. Like sufganiyot. And latkes. To Christmas, we go! That's right, the sooner the better. For my family, anyway, the day after Thanksgiving is when the Christmas season officially begins. Are you guys ready for Thanksgiving? Or maybe Zoomgiving (Zoom + Thanksgiving)? The holiday parties are going to be different this year. My Thanksgiving will definitely be a small affair. The presidential election is over. We may not know the final result for a while, however, and then there may be litigation in the weeks to come. I really hope cooler heads will prevail.
