Grilled corn is a summer ritual! That's my proclamation of the day. It probably is for most people anyway. If not, it ought to be. Coz who can resist this, seriously?! Grill the corn on high heat for 15 minutes, turning often, until charred and blistered here and there. Then slather with butter while still hot. There's no need to melt the butter.
