Have you ever heard of the term “rewilding”? It refers to an effort or a movement if you want to call it that, to return your garden to a more natural or uncultivated state. Happy Fiesta Friday, everyone! Once again we've decided to go away for the weekend so we had our Easter ham early. It was going to be a low-key affair for just the husband and me, anyway, so it was a simple meal of baked ham with roasted baby potatoes.
