Fiesta Friday #387

Crepes or pancakes? Pancakes or crepes? I couldn’t decide so I made both. Luckily, I only needed to make one kind of topping. Both crepes and pancakes are superb with strawberry sauce.

Come Sunday, though, I may have to add blueberry sauce to the mix so we can have a proper red, white, and blue day.

And I may need to up the crepes, as well, so I can make something like this.

If I am the one who’s going to prepare, I’d say pancakes. I dunno but I think crepes need longer time to make?? But of course, I’d eat them both. 😀 Thanks for hosting, Angie. I hope you are having a good time. x

Who’s ready for Cinco de Mayo?! I am! 🙋🏻‍♀️ May I suggest celebrating it with this Pineapple Margarita Chicken Quesadilla? You gotta make that Pineapple Margarita first, though. Coz that’s the marinade for the chicken! As if I need to twist any arms. 🤣 The more margarita, the merrier, says people everywhere. 🍸🥳 Link in bio!
