Fiesta Friday #233

I’m running out of cohosts! I can probably man the fiesta by myself for a while, but it’s so NOT fun!

So I’m calling out for help here, people. Please hear my call! If you have time to spare, please volunteer to be Fiesta Friday cohosts.

Trust me, it’s a lot of fun! You’ll get to know new blogger friends in a more intimate way. You’ll get more views and hyperlinks, which can only help your SEO, aaaand…you’ll get to select features!

C’mon, who will hear my call? I’m waiting…

From last week’s fiesta

Mojito Cheesecake (No Bake) from Kat @ The Baking Explorer

“Wow! How delicious does this look?! – I’d never have put lime & mint together but I can’t stop thinking about this!” — Laurena

“Kat’s No Bake Mojito Cheesecake looks sensational, full of zesty Mojito flavours! It’s the perfect summer dessert. I cannot wait to try it!” — Jenny

Burmese Pickled Ginger and Fried Garlic Salad

“This may be the first Burmese recipe in my collection. Very intriguing and different, but sounds so flavorful. Wonderful!” — Angie

Pomegranate Beet Salsa from Monika @ Everyday Healthy Recipes

“This vibrant red salsa is made with wonderful earthy seasonal beetroot and sweet pomegranate seeds. A fabulous addition to any table.” — Jenny

Corn Fritter Pancakes from Mollie @ The Frugal Hausfrau

“Mollie, these look so good! Pancakes yes. Corn yes. These sound amazing together! My new favourite pancake!” — Laurena

***

Now, let’s party! Join Fiesta Friday #233 by adding your link. We will be voting for favorite links to be featured next week. Voting will start on Tuesday noon EST, and you can vote for up to 5 links. So please come back on Tuesday to register your votes!

If you’re new to Fiesta Friday, please read the guidelines.

If you’re interested in becoming a co-host, please leave me a message.

I have to say that the Mojito Cheesecake looks awesome!

I’ll volunteer to help co host on the 17th of August. Before that just too busy.

Today I posted an old recipe that was complete from my pile of drafts… Most of my old drafts are hardly so complete!

Nooo… We want to know about your week Angie!? Yes, I know you need co-hosts (I could co-host?) but someone will offer- won’t they Jhuls or Mollie!?? Come on people, help Angie with co-hosting please to keep the Fiesta going! Everyone who uploads a post should link to the Fiesta and the co-hosts, so in a given week that’s potentially 50 or so blogs linking to you! Woohoo… all their blog readers will see your details and hopefully several will be intrigued and pop over to your blog! It’s also a great way of visiting blogs you wouldn’t normally visit and you get to find loads of tips, tricks and flavour combinations you might not have considered… not to mention meeting new people and making new friends! win-win-win ??? So, what are you waiting for… let Angie know when you’re free! ? Back to your week Angie??! Too busy to tell us all about it???

Thanks, Laurena, for writing the book on the benefits of cohosting Fiesta Friday ?? My week has been pretty good actually. I seem to have more energy to try new recipes and take tons of pictures! Now just have to find time to blog about them, will do between clearing the deck and creating a makeshift patio while the deck is being rebuilt. It’s scheduled to happen next week but they’re saying it’ll rain daily for the next 2 weeks! What week is good for you?

Hi Angie, thank you for featuring my beetroot salsa recipe! Sorry I can’t volunteer to co-host at the moment, I am going to Canad for a month next week and there is still so much to do before I go. Your linky is fun with or without co-hosts. And where is the mojito recipe you’ve been promising, or have I missed it?

Working on that mojito recipe as we speak! Sorry it’s taken so long. It’s because I take way too many pictures and it’s so hard to pick the good ones! But hopefully this weekend it’ll be posted. I’m also working on another post concurrently. Maybe that’s not a great idea, lol. Have fun in Canada! Post pictures of poutine and beaver tails, please ??

I know exactly how it is. Between pulling weeds and chasing away the rabbits, is there an end to garden chores? I’m thinking of revamping the whole thing into more of a rock garden, easy maintenance ? Is Aug 10 good for you?

Basically you act like a host of a party, though virtual in this case. You welcome and thank people for coming so you’ll have to visit and leave a comment on their links. When the party ends, you’ll have to select favorite links to be featured the following week. I have all this in the cohosting guidelines which I will send to you. I’ve tentatively scheduled you to cohost on Aug 31. Let me know if that’s not a good week for you, Thanks, Lathi!
