Ahh sorry to hear about your broken dishwasher mess! At least it was a good excuse to eat lots of apps, right lol!? Thanks for the feature!

  2. Ah no, what a hectic Valentine’s Day, but it sounds like you made the most of it. Excited for the fiesta! 🙂

  3. Sorry about the dishwasher, Angie! That sucks. But then again, you’re redefining what romance means, so kudos to that 🙂

Oh hi, Indira! It’s been so long! Hey, all my old friends are here, how cool is that? So glad to see you back! I’m patting myself on the back for not being too upset, and the hubster, too. He was such a good sport, taking the day off to help me clean the kitchen. We’re enjoying a nice clean kitchen now 😄

  4. Sound like a nightmare morning ended with a good evening 😀😀😀 belated Happy Valentines Day x x

Angie, thank you so much for featuring my macarons, I feel honored! And who cares how the day started as long as it ends well!

  6. Oh-oh. At least you got extra bonding time over mopping the kitchen, lol. And yummy dinner. Happy weekend!

It’s indeed a Valentine’s day to bond with husband in household chores..the best part is not love that…

It sounds like your Valentines had a bit of a shaky start but the dinner sounded great! I have never had an appetizer for dessert but it sounds inspired! I didn’t have much romance either, I did a pop up restaurant and that got pretty much all of my attention! At least M got fed! 🙂
Have a great rest of the week! x

Lol, appetizer for dessert 😄 We were too full anyway for dessert. And I knew there were chocolate truffles waiting at home. The husband always gets me those for Valentine’s. We ended up having a good day. I hope you and M had a fun day. Manning a pop up restaurant sounds like a fun thing to do 😄

It sounds like a great day! It was pretty full on with the pop up but all went smooth! 🙂 (hear a little sigh of relief ha ha) x
