  5. I hear ya, Angie! Stuffed nose and a horrid cough, I feel like I’m dying a slow death! Glad that you are better! Thank you so much for featuring my mojitos!! Happy Fiesta Friday xx

    • Angie says:

Oh no, are you sick? Make sure you get plenty of liquid and rest. It’s not easy to rest, I know, but you must! I LOVE your pomegranate mojito and will be making it for sure, yum! Feel better soon! XOXO

  6. The world is beautiful!!!! I’m loving the Spring sunshine (inbetween the showers!!).
Good to hear you’re feeling better xxxx

    • Angie says:

Thanks, hon! Now let’s hope there won’t be anymore freezing rain. I think that was what got me. Plus being with kids all day ? But the world is beautiful, totally agreed, and I’m healthy so what more can you ask, right?! ?

Some lovely food already! I’m looking forward to a browse and to get some inspiration too!

  9. I know what you mean – I have my parents visiting just now just as the weather has settled into being nice an sunny, if still cool, and it’s been so nice to take long walks and enjoy the sunshine. Glad ou are feeling better, it’s never nice being ill!

    • Angie says:

It was terrible being sick since I had so much going on. But the sun always makes me happy and keeps me healthy. I can’t wait to soak it all up this weekend. So nice to have your mom & dad with you. Enjoy your time with them! And the kids, too! ?

  10. Loretta says:

It’s the yo-yo weather that is getting so many people ill. I hope you are able to feel all well again. Great weather coming up this weekend. I know where I’ll be the happiest…..*digging in the dirt*

    • Angie says:

That sounds like a good remedy for me, too! I’ve already bought all kinds of plants and seeds. I’m so excited! Have fun, Loretta! ?

  11. Thank you Angie for featuring my manicotti. Something really weird is going on, I don’t get notifications from FF anymore. I checked in settings and I am subscribed to instant notifications. I don’t know why this is happening. Any idea’s?

    • Angie says:

Try to unsubscribe, then subscribe again, see if that works. When I tried to subscribe you manually, I got a message that the email address has opted out of notifications. I can also bring it up with WP and see if they can help. Your manicotti made me hungry!! ??

      • Something is going on. I un subscribed and re subscribed and I didn’t see the confirmation email I decided to check junk and there it was along with hundreds of
Emails that were not delivered to my inbox. I am horrified and don’t know what to do as they are not junk.

        • Angie says:

Check your privacy setting and see if anything has changed. It happens sometimes. But at least we found out what went wrong.

  12. i love the look of that super healthy looking burger. You know what I made a recent discovery to help colds, I took horseradish and garlic tablets. Normally my colds last 1 – 2 months and I get them twice a year, this time it was gone within a week, hey presto, bingo, can’t complain. i hope your’e feeling better now? xx

    • Angie says:

I do feel better, but the cough lingers and at night I feel so tired, so I might give those tablets a try. Thanks, Justine! I spent my entire day today shopping for clothes, then shopping for food, now I’m pooped ??

      • Sounds exhausting. I think the horseradish and garlic work for early stages when it’s at the top end ie sinus etc. When it gets further down on not sure that’s the bit that always gets me. Rest and some sea air! Though you can’t buy that in a bottle x

  13. I love spring time, staying with our son in Guernsey again and enjoying a little paddle in the freezing cold sea. Glad to hear you’re feeling better Angie xx

  14. I’m glad you are feeling better Angie! I am really enjoying Fiesta Friday. So many inspiring people and recipes. 🙂

  16. This is coming a week late but THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE FEATURE!! 😀 I’ve been sick and finally catching up with everything 🙂 So great that you’re feeling better now!

    • Angie says:

I hate being sick, don’t you?! I’m glad you’re feeling better. And you’re welcome! That “burger” is amazing, just like your other sushi burger. I have them both in my list to try 😀

  17. Kaila says:

Angie, I’m so glad to hear that you’re feeling better! (I’ve been reading your posts, but I’ve had trouble commenting from my mobile. It’s probably my reception, not the phone itself.) Love the features as always!

    • Angie says:

Oh hi, Kaila! I’m just now trying to finish my FF post and your comment came on 🙂 You must be in some remote area. Btw, I’ve put you down as a cohost for May 6. Let me know if that’s ok.

Talk to me, people!
