As the weather is finally slowly warming up, I try to spend more time outdoors, visiting my plant pets mostly. Occasionally I pick up the rake and do a little clean-up here and there. Who’s ready for Mardi Gras? The husband, that’s who! He keeps reminding me... Remember, Fat Tuesday is in two weeks! As if I need reminders. Valentine's Day is going to fall on a Monday, arguably the least romantic day of all days. If you were to rank days on a romantic scale, Friday has got to be the most romantic. How Mother Nature can create a plant with perfect heart-shaped leaves is just simply ah-mazing!! I want that plant! I saw single leaves of it being sold at a store recently for $7 each.
