20 something more school days before SUMMER! But who’s counting...uh...??‍♀️ There's never been a summer as anticipated as this year, for obvious reasons, most of which Covid-related. Fiesta Friday #378

The backyard is starting to look pretty. Particularly the area that borders the neighbor. For years I've been battling the marauding bamboo that the previous neighbor had planted against our fence. Last year, the new owner of the house decided to get rid of them, hallelujah! I still see bamboo shoots sprouting here and there but there are fewer of them this year. Hi there, Fiesta Friends! How are y’all doing? I've been so busy these past couple of weeks, mainly because the husband is SO BUSY. My busyness correlates directly to his busyness. And when I say he's BUSY, I mean he's been working around the clock, having Webex meetings with people from different time zones, burning way past the midnight oil, going to bed at 3 am or later, and waking up at 7 am, then start all over again the next day! I feel somewhat detached from the blog at the moment. I go about my day and do things without too much thought for the blog. I'm acting as if I'm not a blog owner. For instance, I made killer quesadillas the other day and didn't even think to document the process or the final product! Definitely not my greatest moment as a food blogger.
