Thanksgiving is just 2 weeks away, gasp! I feel the need to quicken my stride!
Some people at work are saying that there may be a shortage of turkeys. Gosh, how can that be?!
It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without turkeys. I’d better nab one soon. I don’t want to be the one person without a roasted turkey on Thanksgiving Day.
And I should plan my Thanksgiving menu ASAP, too. It’s normally set in stone, but I feel like mixing it up a little this year.
Except the corn pudding is non-negotiable.
There’ll be a revolt if I take it off the menu.
Other than that, I’m looking at some of the recipes I featured last week on Fiesta Friday #457 and maybe a few of the following to add to my table:

Happy Fiesta Friday!
I love the look of the corn pudding!
I had it when I was in the US and have tried to re create it ever since but mine has never looked as good as yours! 🙂
I am intrigued by the classic pineapple jello salad, it is on my to try list! 🙂 x

As long as it tastes good, that’s all that matters, Petra. I’m sure your corn pudding is delish! I, too, will be making the pineapple jello salad for Thanksgiving next week. It’s not something I normally make or serve but it does sound fabulous.

Pineapple jello salad sounds irresistibly interesting! I can’t wait to hear more about it! x
