I forgot to share with you what I made for Hanukkah.
As always, we like to commemorate the holiday by serving fried foods. The fried food of choice these past few years has been sufganiyot. I make my sufganiyot the easy way, using my basic beignet dough, and filling them with whatever jam or jelly I have on hand.
This time around I filled them with raspberry jam. Sometimes I even fill them with Nutella. All versions are delicious! All fried foods basically are delicious, lol. Once in a while, a little indulgence is warranted. It was Hanukkah after all.
And now we’re gearing toward Christmas. I can hardly wait!
Take a Look at these ideas:

Your Beignets are simply stunning. So perfectly light. There are few recipes that make me wish I could eat gluten… But this is definitely one of them! xx
Thanks for hosting and thank you for featuring my chocolate salami too.
