I’m getting ready to make a leftover-steak salad.
The inspiration came from Petra’s Steak Salad, featured down below in the Features section.
To go with the salad, I’m thinking of making the Persimmon Vinaigrette, also featured below.
Then… and it’s a promise, I will go to the store and get sweet potatoes. To make Jess’s Sweet Potato Biscuits, what else.
That’s my dinner plan for today. What’s yours?
“This is truly one of the best salads I’ve tried. So creative and absolutely delicious!”
“Persimmon Vinaigrette sounds fantastic! That’s all I’ve got to say!”
“I’ve never met a biscuit I didn’t like, so when I saw this sweet potato one (which I’ve never had before), I knew I had to make it. And make it I will, very soon.”

Steak Salad sounds so yummy! And persimmon vinaigrettes are so flavorful. Wishing you all the best in 2021. 🙂 I brought by some Japanese Sauerkraut. Hope you enjoy!
Oh wow, Japanese Sauerkraut. Would you believe I was preparing to make sauerkraut? The regular German kind. But now that I’ve heard about Japanese Sauerkraut, I must give it a try! Thanks for sharing!
