Fiesta Friday #315

Happy Valentine’s Day, Fiesta Friends! I hope you’re all enjoying your day being spoiled by your loved ones. For me, that means getting flowers and chocolate, which arrived last night. By now, the chocolate is already getting dangerously low.

I kept meaning to post a recipe for Valentine’s Day but couldn’t manage to do it in time. I think time moves faster in 2020. I don’t know how, but it just does.

What’s the next holiday? St. Patrick’s Day? Maybe I should just shoot for that. Corned beef and Colcannon sound good to me. And then spring will be here, hurray! Just. Can’t. Wait!

From Last Week’s Fiesta

Teddy Bear Brownies from Ai @ Ai Made It For You

“OMG, words fail me! Have you ever seen anything so utterly adorable?! I MUST make these brownies TODAY!” — Angie

Strawberry Cookies with White Chocolate from Kate @ Gluten Free Alchemist

“Those hearts are perfect for Valentine’s Day.” — Liz

Greek Omelet with Spinach and Olives from Diann @ Of Goats and Greens

“I am ‘in to’ anything Greek these days.” — Liz

Old Fashioned Beef Stew from Mollie @ Frugal Hausfrau

“It’s wonderful weather for beef stew and this is a classic.” — Liz

I’ve never had Fan Tuan before, looks a lot like rolled sushi but without the nori. Sounds so delicious! Looks like I need to resurrect my google+ account to leave a comment on your blog.

I didn’t have the chance to make the teddy bear brownies; the husband ordered so much food, darn. I mean, it was appreciated but I really wanted to make those brownies!
