Happy Valentine’s Day, Fiesta Friends! I hope you’re all enjoying your day being spoiled by your loved ones. For me, that means getting flowers and chocolate, which arrived last night. By now, the chocolate is already getting dangerously low.
I kept meaning to post a recipe for Valentine’s Day but couldn’t manage to do it in time. I think time moves faster in 2020. I don’t know how, but it just does.
What’s the next holiday? St. Patrick’s Day? Maybe I should just shoot for that. Corned beef and Colcannon sound good to me. And then spring will be here, hurray! Just. Can’t. Wait!

Those bear brownies are super adorable! Thanks for hosting! I brought by some Sticky Rice Rolls (Fan Tuan). Hope you enjoy. 🙂
Angie says
I’ve never had Fan Tuan before, looks a lot like rolled sushi but without the nori. Sounds so delicious! Looks like I need to resurrect my google+ account to leave a comment on your blog.

I didn’t have the chance to make the teddy bear brownies; the husband ordered so much food, darn. I mean, it was appreciated but I really wanted to make those brownies!
