Fiesta Friday #218

If you’re following me on Instagram, you may have noticed that I’ve been trying to share my daily meals. That’s the plan anyway, for now.

Here are some of my recent posts:

It’s been a lot of fun getting the instant feedback from the Insta community. Sometimes it’s barely a second after you post when you start seeing a like. There’s nothing like it. Now I’m beginning to understand why Instagram is so dangerously addicting.

I’m ready to be sucked into the abyss, to the point of no return!

If you’re on Instagram and we’re not following each other, let’s make that happen. If you’re not on Instagram yet, start already! Then we can start following each other. Sounds good to you?!

Favorite recipes from last week’s fiesta:

Easter Bread Cheesecake from Jas @ All That’s Jas

“I didn’t get the chance to make this incredible bread this Easter, but next year this will be my centerpiece! How gorgeous is this, and such an amazing idea!!” — Angie

Leftover Salmon Lettuce Boats with Minty Guacamole from Monika @ Everyday Healthy Recipes

“[This is] a light and tasty looking meal!” — Abbey

Sunshine Citrus Bars from Jenny @ Dragonfly Home Recipes

“We NEED this!! It actually makes me happy just looking at these bars. I think I just need more sunshine and I’ll take it in whatever form I can get, including in a dessert” — Angie

Easter Egg Nest Cupcake

“There’s a secret marzipan surprise in the middle. How fun! These buns look so tempting!” — Abbey

Now, let’s party! Join Fiesta Friday #218 by adding your link. Don’t forget to link your post to FiestaFriday.net and the co-hosts’ blogs, so we can feature you. Your cohosts this week are Ginger @ Ginger & Bread and Julianna @ Foodie on Board

If you’re new to Fiesta Friday, please read the guidelines.

The meatballs are fantastic – just love them – they made me smile and even chuckle this morning. I use those candy eyes a lot but with cookies and such. Yup – that’s how I will serve my meatballs the next time 🙂 Jas’s cheesecake with the bread braid is beautiful – I somehow missed it this week so thanks for featuring it.

Hmm. I will have to consider Instagram, because I do want to post daily/semi-daily food photos, but don’t want to put them on the blog necessarily – since that’s more recipe than just detailing what’s been being consumed…

I love those leftover salmon boats, that won from lst week.

And your spaghetti recipe looks great. (This week, I submitted everybody’s favorite, an okra recipe… well, probably not!)

You should get on Instagram soon, Diann. I finally figured with all the pictures I take, I should put them somewhere even if I don’t have the recipes written somewhere. I’m going to try the salmon boats! And okra? I bought okra just now, for gumbo. I found a way to make them less slimy.
