Fiesta Friday #131

Guess what?!

I’m working on a couple of recipes right now. Yes, it’s true!

And I can confidently say that they’re looking good! They’re showing a lot of promise. I feel like I can be proud sharing them with you. And I will, very soon…

It does take me time to post a recipe, typically, since I have to be absolutely sure it’s up to standard.

So you can be sure, friends, that whenever I share a recipe, it’s been put through the rigorous testing of Fiesta Friday kitchen. Ha!

Alright, let’s refocus! I’m thinking that possibly by this afternoon or tomorrow morning I’ll bring you the recipes. I just need to select and clean up the photos. So, unfortunately, you’ll have to come back here, okay? But trust me, it’ll be worth your while!

Now, Features!

image

Bacon Bourbon Jam: The Best Burger Condiment Ever!
from Julianna @ Foodie On Board

“Yes, I would have to agree with Julianna, especially with the addition of bourbon. What’s special about this recipe is it would be delicious on a black bean burger, turkey burger or a big fat juicy beef burger. Forget about all the other condiments as this is all you will need.” — Judi

image

Fried Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Salad
from Antonia @ Zoale

“Vibrant, fresh, a little naughty and it looks soooo good! Summer and salads is a perfect combination and this is a great summer salad!” — Petra

Cashew Quinoa Salad with Asian Vinaigrette
from Shari @ Cook AZ I Do

“Love the colors, ingredients, health benefits and Shari’s enthusiasm.  Best part she converted her non-salad loving husband who loves his meat and potatoes. I can identify with this, can you? I think adding all of those cashews and her flavorful Asian vinaigrette did the trick.” — Judi

Gone Fishin S’mores Ice Cream Pie
from Julie @ Hostess at Heart

“Is this cute or what?! Definitely super cute! And so clever! I love it!” — Angie
