Fiesta Friday #127

Howdy, y’all! I’m in Texas right now, yee-haw!

As they say, everything is bigger here in Texas. I think I just saw a mosquito the size of a bee.

And the weather? It’s big, too. Like 101 degrees big. It’s HOT, HOT, HOT!

But hey, at least I’ll be dining on a 22 oz. steak. That’s right, the steaks here are humongous, oh em gee…

Big and bold, that pretty much sums up Texas. Take it or leave it, y’all!

And now it’s time to fiesta again. And just because I’m away doesn’t mean you can’t party hearty, y’hear? In fact, I want to see y’all get wild! Show me how it’s done. Visit and chat with each other. Joke around. Tease one another. You know, have fun! Time to party down, people!

Now, Features!

Voting for last fiesta’s features was highly successful; a lot of you came out to vote. Good for you! Make sure you do the same come November, ok? For those of you who are American citizens ????

But, guys! I can’t feature myself on my own blog! Thanks, though, to all who voted for my link. I really appreciate the love… I love you back!

Here are your top choices:

milk bread

Kindred Milk Bread
from Mollie @ The Frugal Hausfrau

Poke Cake 16

Poke Cake: American Flag
from Su @ Su’s Healthy Living

Spicy Chipotle Summer Vegetable Skillet Lasagna
from Andrea @ Cooking with a wallflower

Smoked Almond Hummous with Fig Balsamic and Raisins
from Julianna @ Foodie On Board

Boozy Strawberry Rhubarb Yogurt Pops
from Suzanne @ apuginthekitchen

Blueberry Cream Cheese Doughnuts
from Ai @ Ai Made It

***

Now, let’s party! Join Fiesta Friday #127 by adding your link. Don’t forget to link your post to FiestaFriday.net and the co-hosts’ blogs. Your co-hosts this week are Suzanne @ apuginthekitchen and Jess @ Cooking Is My Sport.

If you’re new to Fiesta Friday, please read the guidelines

Have a fun western vacation, Angie. That steak would last me a month… (The popsicles would be gone in a day… but then it’s really hot here too.) Hugs!

Enjoy the sunny Texas weather Angie! Speaking of big things, when my friend was attending a conference in Texas, there was a steak buffet one night for all the attendees (needless to say, she enjoyed herself)…!
