The bewitching hour is getting nearer and nearer…
Are you ready, my pretties?!? Cackle, cackle…
Okay, really, in real life I’m not like the wicked witch. I’m actually a nice person. Honest!
Anyway, I’m ready for Halloween! Or at least my front door is!
And soon I’ll share some frightfully ghoulish treats with you… See, I’m the good witch, I share my treats!
Now, Features!
Sweet Potato and Pea Samosas from Caramel Tinted Life
“First thing I always order from the Indian restaurant are vegetable samosas. Oh, my goodness, do these look delicious! Great recipe!” —Suzanne
Gozleme (Turkish Phyllo Pancakes) from Turks Who Eat
“[These] cheese-filled Turkish pancakes sound like such a lovely snack, especially with some fresh vegetables. All those lovely crumbly layers of deliciousness…” — Ginger
Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake from The Baking Explorer
“I am in love with cheesecake, especially when it contains pumpkin. This looks irresistible!” —Suzanne
Pfitzauf (Popovers) – Swabian Dessert

Wow..Your front door Halloween decor is totally pinterest worth..Loved it..
Happy Halloween Angie..Happy Fiesta Friday :)..
That’s because I got my ideas from Pinterest, lol ?Thanks, Nimmi! Happy FF to you, too!
???
The front door decor is pretty awesome!! You are a good witch, indeed, for sharing your treats!? Everyone is looking forward to that!☺️ Thanks for the party, Angie! Happy Fiesta Friday!? And congrats to all the features!??
Thanks, Jhuls! Hopefully I can post the treats soon. Not happy with the photos, though. The days are getting shorter and usually by the time I’m ready to take pictures, it’s already dark! ?
It’s crazy how time flies. I took a nap yesterday while waiting for my flan to cool down so I could I unmold and take photos. When I woke up, the sun is almost setting, too. Ugh!
Ooh, flan!! My favorite! ?
I looove that silver pumpkin on your doorstep. And I can’t wait to see your treats!!! Thanks so much for the feature 😀 😀
That silver pumpkin is on clearance now at AC Moore, Alex! 70% off! Maybe I should get another one ?The gozleme is a great idea!
Hi Angie, your door looks so pretty! I miss the fabulous North American halloween decorations, here in the UK people put up decorations for 1-2 days, and very few do decorate anyway. But yours is super special, probably the best on your road! Have a good weekend:)
Aaw, thank you! My door is most definitely NOT the best, but I take comfort in knowing it’s not the worst, lol! My next door neighbor is a single man and is not a fan of Halloween ?
Wow! your entryway is stunning, it looks like a magazine spread, Angie. I’m spooked, and delighted and very impressed! Thank you and to the co-hosts for the feature this week!
Aaw, you’re so sweet, thank you! I love your samosa recipe! Now I need to find me some chaat masala! ?
Thanks for hosting! Happy Weekend!
No problem. Thanks for participating! ?
Wow – you really take Halloween seriously, don’t you? Beautiful.
Thank you for letting me run wild last week, I pinned more recipes than I’ll ever be able to cook or eat. Happy Fiesta Friday!
I have to. My neighborhood demands it ? It’s big here. People start decorating end of September! I actually have to start thinking about Christmas decor now. That’s another big holiday that people go all out for. Some of my neighbors hire professionals to install their lights. Thanks again for cohosting!
Angie, your front door looks fantastic! The trick-or-treaters will be lined up. Let me know if you need help co-hosting, I am back at my desk.
Thanks, Liz! I hope those trick-or-treaters find the door welcoming, though they don’t need further encouragement, seriously. So many kids in our neighborhood. We get 100+ every year, easily. It’s tiring for me, but fun as well ?We will definitely need your help, how bout Nov 17?
Your front door is really awesome..already welcoming Halloween
Thanks, Lathi! I feel better now that I’m done with the door ?
Can I confess that I have never been a fan of Halloween? But I would be interested to open your door, so nicely decorated! Looking forward to your treats!
Really?! But you get to dress up and trick people into giving you free candy! ? I hope to post the treats soon, but I need to edit my photos first ?
I’m rather the one making candy!
????
Love your Halloween decor!!! Had to blink a couple of times to make sure whether those bats were real or not 🙂 🙂 Lovely!! Happy Halloween and Happy Fiesta Friday Angie! So excited to co host with you and Petra!
Thanks, Vanitha! I cut out those bats myself ? Easy and cheap decor! Thanks for cohosting, I hope you’ll have fun! ?

I’ll be sure to join you again, Marilyn, whenever I have a nice recipe post. Thanks for coming to the fiesta!

I love being fed! 😀
Thanks so much for featuring my Pfitzauf – Popovers! 🙂
You’re welcome! I love popovers! ?
Your door looks wonderfully super Halloween! I bet your door bell won’t stop ringing from little trick or treaters! I have to admit I buy candy every year and no one ever comes to our door, I now understand why! Gorgeous!
Lovely features and I am ready to party at the best foodie party around! 🙂 x
Thanks, Petra! We get 100+ kids every year! But that’s because we live in a big development with 400 houses ? It’s very tiring actually having to keep getting up to open the door. I should just sit outside ?Thanks for cohosting! ?
Wow! That is amazing! I get s happy if we get one I always give them too much candy! 🙂 Thank you for having me! x
Simply love the decor you have going there. such pretty fall colours! Happy Halloween 🙂
