Angie, that is a super beautiful picture. I would have sacrificed my plants for this butterfly as well. Such a wonderful pic, you should enter it in a competition!
And thanks for the feature, I didn’t expect that.

    • Angie says:

Thanks, Jenny! Not sure about entering a competition, though 😄 I’m sure real photographers will be outraged, lol. I love your turnover recipe!

She is indeed a lovely lady!!😍
You can (also) put me on Aug25, Angie! I was also going to say something like a Middle Eastern pancake, but not sure from which country. Congrats to Suzanne!😂

  3. Shinta says:

This looks just like appams or fermented rice pancakes which are local to Kerala! Now I’m intrigued about Moroccan pancakes….these two pancakes could be twins that were separated at birth!

    • Angie says:

It does look like appams, which I’ve made for the first FF Challenge, but thinner. The taste is somewhat different but there are obvious similarities. Thanks for cohosting, Shinta! I hope you’re having fun! 😘

She is beautiful! A great photo.
A holiday sounds amazing! Apparently the jet stream has dropped from the UK, the rest of Europe is super hot and awe are trudging along here wondering if we will have another proper warm day before it gets really cold!
I can see that Suzanne already guessed right, I was going for an English crumpet! And clearly I was wrong anyway! ha ha
    Happy Weekend! 🙂

    • Angie says:

It’s hot here, too. And humid and sticky, just the kind of day that zaps your energy. I’ve already showered twice today!
I was thinking most people would guess crumpet 😄😄 Enjoy your weekend and stay cool!

Thanks for hosting, have a nice week.

  7. A belated thanks for highlighting my chicken recipe above! I’ve been busy and not as online as I’d like. However, after the middle of September I volunteer to host here again, if that’s available?
