St. Patrick’s Day sort of slipped by me this year. I found myself unprepared, which must have been the work of leprechauns playing tricks on me. The week before I had prepared a Guinness Pork Stew, and was planning to make a special treat using edible "shamrock" leaves for the day itself. What should we do now that the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day are behind us? I’m experiencing withdrawal symptoms from all the celebrations.
