Spring fever is in the air! I’m ready to start living outdoors!
I don’t mean camping or glamping or anything like that. Though one of these days I’d like to experience one or the other at least once.
But what I mean is… now that the weather is warming up, I just want to spend the bulk of my time outside in my garden/backyard.
To be with Mother Nature.
To appreciate the little green sprouts. On the ground. On the branches of trees.
To smell the roses… okay, the roses are not blooming just yet, but you know what I mean.
I just feel better when I can go outside and breathe the fresh air! And weather permitting (read: no rain), I’d like to bring the cooking outside, too. I’m thinking of Grilled Gochujang Chicken tonight.
Looks good, doesn’t it?
What are you all making tonight?

That’s what I love to do, playing in dirt 🤣 I mean, gardening. More so than cooking, I think. Or equally at least. Nice new avatar, Jhuls! Very pretty!

Being able to be outdoor with a nice weather is the best thing!
Angie says
Exactly! I’m taking advantage before it gets too hot, and boy, does it get hot and humid around here in the summer.

Thank you for hosting and have a great week x

It was delish! I’m sure I’ll be making more, probably less spicy next time. It was the perfect spice level for my family but a little too much for me.

Thanks for hosting the party – and thank you so much for featuring my smoked tomato soup!

The tomato soup sounds delectable, Helen. I need a stovetop smoker!
