Who says vegetables can’t be pretty? Just look at these.
I call them Tricolored Cauliflowers since they come in 3 different colors – green, purple, and orange. I guess technically they’re flowers and flowers are generally thought to be pretty. But you don’t normally envision cauliflowers and broccoli when you think of flowers, do you?!
I had to grab them when I saw them at the store, so now I’m the proud owner of not one, but four cauliflowers! I bought two of the orange ones because they’re too pretty not to come home with me ? I would have bought more of the purple ones, too, if the store had more. That’s the prettiest one of all!
So now, the question is… what to do with all these cauliflowers? What’s the best way to showcase their good looks? Ideas?

They are pretty amazing, aren’t they?
Hi, Angie! Those cauliflowers look so pretty; I am thinking some kind of riced cauliflower dish, like a Biryani, or paella, yum! Thank you for hosting another great party; I am sharing #49 Pork in Morita Sauce, and #50 Polvorones – Old-Fashioned “Dusty” Treats. Enjoy your week!
Cauliflower biryani or paella?! That’s so creative! I haven’t had either for so long so they do sound very appealing to me right now. Everything you share always sounds so intriguing.
I love using different coloured cauliflowers… they make the most amazing Cauli cheese.
Thank you so much for featuring my Yorkshire puds.
Have a great week xx
That’s the first thing I thought of making, some kind of triple-colored cauliflower gratin with lots of cheese. You can never go wrong with cauliflower and cheese.
Thank you for the inspiring ideas and recipes – GREAT party as always. Have a WONDERFUL weekEND. I brought BACON GREEN ONION DIP, POTATO SOUFFLES & PINA COLADA CHEESECAKE.
You’re welcome, Tamy. It’s my pleasure to host!
