So last week my National Lazy Day eventually morphed into National Lazy Weekend, and what a glorious weekend that was! I highly recommend taking the lazy approach to anyone!
Plus, it was also a long weekend for me since our school district had a mini Fall break. It was all finished with a gorgeous, warm, and sunny Monday, making last weekend one of the best in my recent memory.
Cut to a few days later… and it all went downhill… Temperatures have plummeted, and we even had a brief snow shower. I’m not ready for the freezing weather! My poor plants outside!
It’s supposed to creep back into the 50s by next week. 50s never sounded so good until now. I may even ditch my jacket to celebrate. Funny how easily our perception changes along with the seasons. If I had heard temperatures in the 50s in the summer, I would have reached for my scarf along with my jacket.
Anyway, I hope you are all having good weather wherever you are.
