Howdy, folks!
The Fiesta Friday Healthy Recipe Challenge starts today.
However, I just realized that since the rules to the challenge are unveiled today, none of you would have had any recipe ready to link up.
Therefore, I’ve decided to put up FF154 link-up here so you can still share what you’ve been doing this week.
It’s also for those who won’t be participating in the challenge, though I don’t know why you won’t. Have I mentioned there will be prizes?!
Besides, don’t you all need and want a challenge to get your creative juices running? This time of the year? Yeah, you totally do!
So, check out the Fiesta Friday Healthy Recipe Challenge and start putting your thinking cap on!
Now, Features!
Kung Pao Chicken Noodle Bowl from Anjana @ Happy & Harried
“I love the Kung Pau Chicken Noodle Bowl from Anjana. Who needs takeout when you can easily make this stir fry at home. Her instructions and pictures are wonderful.” — Quinn
Haloumi Chips (GF) from Nell @ I Need a Feed
“I feel a little silly that I haven’t tried these haloumi chips before. So simple yet so absolutely delicious!! I had a lightbulb moment when I first saw these.” — Angie
Best Banana Bread Ever from Haley @ if you give a blonde a kitchen
“For a sweeter side I am going with this bread from Haley. I love the name of her blog! This bread looks super moist and I can smell and taste through the computer. I like the addition of melted butter and more bananas to keep it moist and flavorful.” Quinn
Paneer Kulcha from CH @ Cooking From Heart
“I thought I’ve tried every kind of Indian bread. Naan, paratha, chapati, poori…I’ve had them and love every single one of them! How is it that I’ve never heard of kulcha, let alone try it? It sounds so tempting!” — Angie

Hello…it’s a challenge! I can have a slice of tomato dipped in balsamic vinaigrette and that’s healthy, but where’s the challenge in that, huh? Don’t worry I’m sure you’ll come up with something extraordinary. I did my experiments and I can tell you there are definitely wonderful things you can make with greens and pineapple ??
