You know what amazes me about Fiesta Friday? Specifically, Fiesta Friday Friends? Specifically, Fiesta Friday Friends’ Recipes?
That every week I learn something new. A new recipe, a new ingredient, a new way of cooking, a new cuisine, and so on and so forth. Each alone is reason enough to keep this party going.
But couple that with the limited time I seem to have on the computer these days. It makes Fiesta Friday that much more important to me.
I don’t have time to look around online for the perfect recipe for that special ingredient. I just go to Fiesta Friday and I’m sure I’ll find one.
I want to look at beautiful images that make me happy. I just go to Fiesta Friday and I’ll get a feast for my eyes.
I want to party and have fun without even getting my hiney off the couch. I just go to Fiesta Friday and I’m guaranteed to have a blast.
And so on and so forth. Trust me, when in doubt, just party with us at Fiesta Friday! Mix and mingle with a bunch of the most fun-loving, kind, generous…aaaand….super talented people in the world!
People like Juju @ cookingwithauntjuju and Amanda @ The Chunky Chef, your co-hosts for this week, and all your problems will be solved. All!
For starters, look at these gorgeous food photos below. Don’t they make you happy already? See?
10 Chocolate Chip recipes from NancyC @ Nancy Creative.
“If any of you ever peek inside of my pantry, you’d be shocked! Shocked, I tell you! At how much chocolate chips I’ve hoarded! Yes, I have a problem! Every time I see them on sale, I can’t NOT buy! But then my family loves chocolate so much this isn’t a problem, really. Why, my kids even eat them as is out of the package! But, c’mon now, it’s time to use them up and empty my pantry once and for all! That’s why Nancy’s chocolate chip recipe round-up can’t be any more helpful. I intend to try these recipes one by one. Thanks, Nancy!” — Angie
Coffee Donuts from Dini @ Giramuk’s Kitchen.
“I don’t know what to say – these donuts are just amazingly divine. Apart from my love for coffee and donuts, I love the oozing filling as well. I am the filling and frosting kind of girl so there’s no doubt why I love Dini’s donuts. And the idea of caramelized white chocolate is just very impressive.” — Jhuls
Porterstek from Petra @ Food Eat Love.
“Oh, my! This traditional Swedish beef recipe has stout, ribena, juniper berry and soy sauce in it amongst other things, wouldn’t you want to try it? It looks like one of those meaty recipes where the meat just melts in your mouth and your tummy goes “aaah” in relief at being fed good food.” — Justine
Tater Tots from Scratch from Tracy @ Served from Scratch.
“The what now?! Tater tots from scratch?! You cannot be serious! I seem to be saying that a lot lately. But seriously, is this cool or what? I’m like the tater tots queen and I’ve never even thought to make them myself. I thought for sure you need some kind of a mold to make them! Tracy, you are so cool! When I grow up I want to be just like you and make everything from scratch!” — Angie

Somehow I missed most of the features from the past week (was I too busy drooling over the cakes from the week prior?)…I’ll have to take a look now! And 10 chocolate chip recipes? Oh my!
It’s easy to miss a few links, that’s why we have features. To give these outstanding posts a second chance to be viewed. One of these days, I should do the best of the best. Or the top ten list in honor of David Letterman 😀 Can’t believe I missed his last show!

I have posted a comment, but I can’t see it
Sometimes akismet thinks legitimate comments are spams and I have to un-spam. Isn’t it annoying? Anyway, everything is fine and I can see your comments. Thanks for the heads up on the anniversary event. I’ll be checking it out!
Hi, Angie! You are right. There are so many amazing recipes in the Fiesta Friday alone and you go crazy which one of them you want to make first. I can see that I am a bit late at the party, but that only means more food. 😀 Happy FF, Angie. And thanks again for the awesome party every week. <3
You weren’t late at all, Jhuls! Of course I didn’t know what time you arrived since I was out the whole day yesterday. I meant to party with you when I came home but I was beat and hit the sack as soon as I got home 😀
You are so right, Angie – it’s the perfect Guide to Party Food! Happy FF, again, and to many more 🙂
You know I haven’t bought a single cookbook since I started Fiesta Friday? My last 2 cookbooks are gifts from my kids for Mother’s Day (last year)!
I am the Same, the Web is brillant, and FF is just too exciting and inspiring!
Stephanie @ The Cozy Cook says

Love those tater tots!! I even like the frozen ones from the store, but homemade from scratch must be much better! You can season them the way you like them! Thanks for sharing YOUR awesome recipe with us! 🙂
I feel like I am late, but I guess it’s still quite definitely Friday so maybe not! Always so many good things, looking forward to seeing what everyone has brought!
And the party goes on until Tuesday, so you’re not late at all, Caroline! In fact for me I just started since I was out the whole day yesterday 🙂
Love this party! I am delighted looking at all the amazing food and it motivates me to cook more! I have been reaching out to many lovely people partying here. Friday has turned to be something special for me! I wish there comes a time when all of us can meet in person and share our food. Wouldn’t that be exciting!
That would be super exciting, Sri! Where are you located? Somehow I was thinking you were in Australia?
I always look forward to Fiesta Friday! Even if I can’t always bring something, it is so inspiring to check out what everyone else has brought and bookmark all of my faves for another day! I’m so happy you created this lovely get-together for us, Angie! 😀
I feel the same way! I always get excited Friday mornings waiting for all the foods or drinks and the stories that come with them. That’s probably why I always drag my feet going to work on Friday! It’s time for 3-day weekends to become a reality! 😀
Angie I absolutely whole heartedly agree with everything you say about Fiesta Friday! My blogging revolves around Fiesta Friday! Since I am so busy otherwise, Fiesta Friday is what enables me to still be in touch with all of my fellow blogger friends! Thanks for doing this! What an array of recipes we get every week – it just makes Fridays extra Fabulous! 🙂
So glad you feel the same way I do, Indu! I think without Fiesta Friday, I wouldn’t have continued to blog for this long since this is all just for fun/hobby and not for financial reasons, etc. Thanks for being a part of Fiesta Friday, girlfriend! 🙂
Ditto here! xoxo! 🙂
I know what you mean! 😀
