Fiesta Friday #69

You know what amazes me about Fiesta Friday? Specifically, Fiesta Friday Friends? Specifically, Fiesta Friday Friends’ Recipes?

That every week I learn something new. A new recipe, a new ingredient, a new way of cooking, a new cuisine, and so on and so forth. Each alone is reason enough to keep this party going.

But couple that with the limited time I seem to have on the computer these days. It makes Fiesta Friday that much more important to me.

I don’t have time to look around online for the perfect recipe for that special ingredient. I just go to Fiesta Friday and I’m sure I’ll find one.

I want to look at beautiful images that make me happy. I just go to Fiesta Friday and I’ll get a feast for my eyes.

I want to party and have fun without even getting my hiney off the couch. I just go to Fiesta Friday and I’m guaranteed to have a blast.

And so on and so forth. Trust me, when in doubt, just party with us at Fiesta Friday! Mix and mingle with a bunch of the most fun-loving, kind, generous…aaaand….super talented people in the world!

People like Juju @ cookingwithauntjuju and Amanda @ The Chunky Chef, your co-hosts for this week, and all your problems will be solved. All!

For starters, look at these gorgeous food photos below. Don’t they make you happy already? See?

10 Chocolate Chip recipes from NancyC @ Nancy Creative.

“If any of you ever peek inside of my pantry, you’d be shocked! Shocked, I tell you! At how much chocolate chips I’ve hoarded! Yes, I have a problem! Every time I see them on sale, I can’t NOT buy! But then my family loves chocolate so much this isn’t a problem, really. Why, my kids even eat them as is out of the package! But, c’mon now, it’s time to use them up and empty my pantry once and for all! That’s why Nancy’s chocolate chip recipe round-up can’t be any more helpful. I intend to try these recipes one by one. Thanks, Nancy!” — Angie

Coffee Donuts from Dini @ Giramuk’s Kitchen.

“I don’t know what to say – these donuts are just amazingly divine. Apart from my love for coffee and donuts, I love the oozing filling as well. I am the filling and frosting kind of girl so there’s no doubt why I love Dini’s donuts. And the idea of caramelized white chocolate is just very impressive.” — Jhuls

Porterstek from Petra @ Food Eat Love.

“Oh, my! This traditional Swedish beef recipe has stout, ribena, juniper berry and soy sauce in it amongst other things, wouldn’t you want to try it? It looks like one of those meaty recipes where the meat just melts in your mouth and your tummy goes “aaah” in relief at being fed good food.” — Justine

Tater Tots from Scratch from Tracy @ Served from Scratch.

“The what now?! Tater tots from scratch?! You cannot be serious! I seem to be saying that a lot lately. But seriously, is this cool or what? I’m like the tater tots queen and I’ve never even thought to make them myself. I thought for sure you need some kind of a mold to make them! Tracy, you are so cool! When I grow up I want to be just like you and make everything from scratch!” — Angie
