I’ve been on a potato kick lately.
And pasta.
And rice.
So… are there carbs on those things? Oh, really?! What about all the crumpets and grilled cheese sandwiches I’ve had this week? Oh, well… YOLO – that’s my answer to everything, and the only answer that makes sense!
Anyway, I will try to eat healthy this weekend – I have a wedding to attend next month! Who else is trying to eat healthy? Raise your hand!

Thanks for sharing our Creamy Fresh Herb Fennel Salad with Capers this week. It is definitely one of those healthy”ish” recipes. Not as healthy as it could be…not as bad as eating fried chicken with mashed potatoes!!!
