Fiesta Friday #585

Spring break is finally here for me! I have the whole week off, which, including the weekends, adds up to 10 days of freedom. What should I do with all this time?

I had originally planned to travel to the UK with my husband this week, but due to various circumstances, we’ve had to delay our departure. That’s alright since there’s plenty of spring cleaning to tackle both inside and outside our home at this time.

Besides, I want to spend Easter with the kids. They may have grown up, but to me, they will always be kids, so they deserve Easter treats.

This year, I made Resurrection Rolls, prettied up with sprinkles because it’s Easter and spring after all. These are new for us to try, as we’ve never had them before. The concept is intriguing, and I did enjoy them, especially when they were warm. However, I believe some improvements could be made. That’s my honest opinion.
