So… since nobody wanted to take a stab at guessing the dish I posted last week, I’m posting it again. Also, because I’m really into it and still making it!
What is it? Is it an empanada? A giant dumpling?
Or is it something else?
The answer is yes… yes, it’s something else.
It’s a stuffed flatbread filled with this wild salad.
Surely this should intrigue those who are into foraging edible weedy plants. I’m one of those. Except I’ve only foraged in my backyard so far.
But I’d like to change that eventually since the wild part of my yard is getting smaller and smaller.
Anyway, back to the dish. It’s called Jingalov Hats. Have you had it?
As soon as I finish typing the recipe, I will post it.
