Fridays are for pizza. And today’s pizza is not from a pizzeria. It’s going to be homemade, and it’s green… uh oh…
Is anybody up for a green pizza? I am! I’m using that dough up there ↑ to make my pizza today. It’s green because kale puree is added to the dough.
I love kale! There, let it be known! 😂
The husband is unconvinced it’s going to be good. Gimme a break, it’s just kale and some dried herbs. How bad can it be?! Well, the proof is in the pudding… or in this case, the pizza.
I shall report to you how it’ll turn out. Fingers crossed it’ll be delish!

I posted my Cauliflower Crust Pizza for you. My husband loves crispy crust pizza and said this is one of the best he’s ever had (and didn’t even realize it was cauliflower!).
