Fall is here again… hallelujah!
I love this sweater weather and am finding my baking mojo back. Look at what I made!
How pretty is that, huh?
It’s an apple cake, with the apple slices formed into a rose.
Now my next quest is to make this impressive cake into a vegan and gluten-free one so I can share it with everybody I know. Yeah, that’s definitely a tall order, but hey, I’m up for the challenge!
What are you baking this weekend?! This inquiring mind wants to know, you guys, so tell me 😄
And now let’s look at these:
“How beautiful are these mooncakes?! I’ve never even thought you could make your own mooncakes, let alone make them healthy and pretty. Bravo, Pauline!” — Angie
“What a delicious casserole this is. I love the addition of chicory in it!” — Angie
“It’s about time I try baking cookies in an air fryer, and I’d like to start with these oatmeal cookies since they’re my favorite kind.” — Angie
“Ooh… this dip will go well with both my son, who loves spinach artichoke dip, and my daughter, who is into plant-based diet. I should give this a try.” — Angie
