I’d like to wish all Fiesta Friday moms an early Happy Mother’s Day!
I hope your families spoil you rotten this weekend. You deserve it.
I myself fully expect it.
The spoiling. The brunch. The visit to the beach. Maybe even the leg massage. Hint, hint…
And who am I hinting to, really?! The kids don’t read my blog. The husband does sometimes look at it, so maybe he can relay the hint.
However, as far as he is concerned, I’m not supposed to expect anything. A long time ago he made it clear. I’m not his mother, as he often likes to remind me.
Got it, husband! I will repay you in kind on Father’s Day.

Happy Mother’s Day, Angie and everyone!
Hope you get your ‘me’ time,
and have the treats you deserve
… some of those amazing cocktails look like a good start! 🙂
Angie says
Thank you, Emma! Same to you, though I think you have your own Mother’s Day in UK, don’t you? You are based in UK, right? I hope you have a wonderful weekend regardless, and yes those cocktails would be a great way to start the weekend, which, for me, starts the minute I get out of work! ?

Hi, Angie; thank you for hosting another great FF party, and especially for choosing my Pambacitos amongst your features. I got inspired by your lovely churros, so I am bringing #18 Churros (unfried) to the fiesta! Have and awesome weekend, I hope you get spoiled rotten for Mother’s Day!
Angie says
Those pambacitos sound fabulous! I hope I’ll have time to make them sometime this week so I won’t waste the churro oil. Thanks, Irene. Happy Mother’s Day! XO

Angie says
Your Orange Chicken looks so good!! If I show it to my kids, do you think they’ll the hint? ? Thanks for sharing, Estelle!

Happy Mothers Day to all of you across the pond! We had ours back in March….
I hope you all receive lots of appreciation and love xxx

Thanks! Yeah, I was thinking you guys have your own. I personally think moms should be celebrated everyday. Okay, maybe at least once a month ??

I’m definitely wanting all those eats now – they look scrumptious! Thanks for hosting! I brought by some Avocado Mac and Cheese – so creamy and flavorful. Hope you enjoy. 🙂
Angie says

Happy Mother’s Day Angie! I hope someone gives you that leg and feet massage as a gift. My kid doesn’t read the blog either although my husband does (and points out errors in spelling and grammar). But I figure she will read it one day after I am gone. I sure wish I had something like that from my mother to read.
Angie | Fiesta Friday says
I feel exactly the same way. I hope my kids and maybe even grandkids will one day read my blog so they’d know what their mom/grandma was up to. I hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day and see you on Friday, cohost! XO
