So last week we had some really amazing links. So many great ideas and recipes for the holiday season. So very hard to choose just a few to be featured! I’ve saved at least a dozen, adding them to my growing list of Things To Try.
Thank you all who participated! I can’t wait for my Christmas break to start so I can do cooking/baking marathons.
Especially since we’re not planning to go anywhere this year, unlike many years when we had to travel to visit relatives and friends or to keep the kids from dying of boredom. The kids and the husband are quite content with the idea of cozying in and to just be lazy.
That’s what I’ve always wanted. It’s a major stress to travel during the hectic holidays, don’t you think?
To show my appreciation to y’all for sharing those awesome, awesome ideas, I was going to share my Spotify playlist with you, but after 2 hours of trying to embed it, I gave up! Just imagine me singing to you, instead, and try not to laugh!
Anyway, I’m very much looking forward to seeing what everybody is bringing to the fiesta this week!
First, let’s appreciate these fabulous links from last week:
“What a gorgeous cake and gluten-free as well. This cake is just begging to be a New Year’s dessert.” — Liz
“This is one absolutely stunning cake! Can you imagine the roasted banana and chocolate flavors permeating throughout? Mmm… very impressive!” — Angie
“For me, this roulade is the winner. Nothing can beat the meringue dessert, needless to say. The combination of sweet meringues and white chocolate with slightly sour raspberry is seriously delicious. And can be a hit at the festive table!” — Mila
“I can just taste this one, what a treat and so beautiful.” — Liz
“This is gong to be on the menu at next year’s Thanksgiving. What a wonderful way to dress up a turkey breast and add tons of flavor.” — Liz
“Are these the prettiest Christmas cookies or what?! They quite mesmerize me!” — Angie
