Fiesta Friday #243

Hello, partying people! Fiesta Friday needs you!

As you all know, this fiesta depends heavily on all the wonderful volunteer cohosts, without whom Fiesta Friday may indeed come to a halt.

Or maybe it’ll morph into Siesta Saturday, where all the participants link a picture of themselves taking a nap. That can’t be fun, can it? We can’t have that, can we?

Therefore I’m asking ALL of you to volunteer your time to become Fiesta Friday cohosts. It would be nice if I can fill the entire calendar year with designated cohosts. Or at least the remainder of this year.

So, who will it be? Who will hear my plea? I promise you it’ll be a fun experience. I know because all my cohosts have told me so. And I myself can attest to it. I’ve been doing it for about 5 years now. If it wasn’t so much fun, I would have closed up shop a long time ago.

I’m waiting to hear from YOU!

Now, take a look at these yummies

Pear Almond Granola French Toast with Pear Brown Caramel Syrup from Mollie @ The Frugal Hausfrau

“This is something I know I’ll enjoy for breakfast or brunch. I love the sound of it and I could imagine how delicious it is.” — Jhuls

“This recipe has really got under my skin this week. What an incredible syrup to have in your kitchen for Fall. I simply MUST have it on my shelf!” — Jenny

Korean Beef Noodles with Gochujang from Judi @ cookingwithauntjuju.com

“This Beef Noodle dish made with a Korean Chili Paste sounds like a fabulous taste sensation.” — Jenny

“I love anything with Korean Beef. It is such an amazing idea to mix it with noodles. It must have been so tasty and filling!” — Jhuls

Sweet Potato Rotis from Lathi @ From Lathi’s Kitchen

“Such a simple but absolutely delicious way to sneak some extra veggies into your children.” — Jenny

Bubble and Squeak Leftover Potato Cakes from Jas @ All That’s Jas

“I’ve been meaning to make bubble and squeak for like forever – who doesn’t have leftover potatoes and vegetables in their fridge?! – but somehow never got around to doing it. I like this potato cake version very much indeed!” — Angie

***

Now, let’s party! Join Fiesta Friday #243 by adding your link. Don’t forget to link your post to FiestaFriday.net and the co-hosts’ blogs, so we can feature you. Your co-hosts this week are Catherine @ Kunstkitchen’s Blog and Becky @ Bubbly Bee

If you’re new to Fiesta Friday, please read the guidelines.

If you’re interested in becoming a co-host, please leave me a message.

I have been with you since the beginning Angie and have co-hosted a number of times. I guess it is time for me to get back into that role – let me know when you need help. Thanks to Jenny, Jhuls and you for the feature – a new favorite way to fix Korean beef!
