Fiesta Friday #204

Hi, fiesta friends! What’s going on? Did you all have a wonderful Christmas?

Mine was quite fantabulous, even though there was no snow on the ground and the temperature was in the 70s. I was actually wearing a skirt!

That’s a Southern Californian Christmas for you!

And I’m still here in California, but in the Northern part at the moment. Writing this in my hotel bed! In the middle of the night! After realizing that I had to post this at 5am!

Well, it’s almost 5am now so I’d better wrap this up. Talk to you again, fiesta friends! Soonish!

Sounds like you had a great Christmas. Mine was here in New England, temps in the teens. I’ve, alas, been wearing skirts too, as I’m recovering from surgery on my leg and need to wear a brace over which none of my jeans nor slacks will fit! Anyhow, I’m doing welll (albeit a bit chilly), and may the rest of your holidays be wonderful!!!

Lol! Sorry, I wasn’t laughing at your surgery or recovery, of course, but somehow your comment made me laugh ? I hope you’re on the mend and will soon get the brace off so you can fit into your jeans again! Skirts don’t help at all in New England this time of year, brr…❄️❄️

I tried posting a few days ago, but the system apparently lost my post. Oh well. No, I know you weren’t laughing at my predicament! At any rate, since I am a captive audience, I can probably co host sometime the next couple of weeks. Let me know.

Darn the internet! Or was it WordPress’s fault? Try asking for help from WP happiness engineers, they’re usually very friendly. Oh, if you can cohost next Friday, FF206, Jan 12, it’ll be greatly appreciated!

Don’t hurry home Angie as it is dangerously cold here. Hmm – thanks to those who voted for my gingerbread men posts. Looks like we need more people to participate when there are no co-hosts. Even so I am overwhelmed to be featured twice 🙂 Enjoy the rest of your trip and Happy New Year!

That’s what I heard, they’re saying it’ll be the coldest New Year. Not looking forward to coming home to that at all! Oh well, we can’t have everything we want ? Hey, you submitted two GREAT recipes/ideas, they’re so deserving to be featured, both! I voted for them, too! Happy New Year to you, too, Judi! ??

Oh, Angie – I let you down! I’m down in Georgia with my daughter and all the grandkids and completely lost track of the days and time! It really is like being sucked into a time warp with noisy littles darting around, and the new baby is so darling!! I completely spaced letting you know when I could co-host! Well thankyou Sandyha!!

No, not at all, Mollie. You can always cohost next week ? I haven’t had the chance to talk to anyone else, though, so should you decide to accept this mission, you’d do it alone, unless you can persuade someone else to cohost with you ? Have fun with the daughter and grandkids!! I can’t believe you’re already a grandma, I’m jealous! ?

We’ll be coming home to a freezing cold house, though. I guess all good things must come to an end. But I’m excited to welcome the new year! I hope I’ll be more organized and have more time to blog, that’s my wishes for 2018.

If you can cohost with Molly next week, FF205, we’ll all be thankful. Let me know. Happy, happy New Year, Petra! ???
