Omigosh, this heatwave is relentless! I don't know how you all fare where you are, but I'm practically melting into a puddle in this intense heat. I mostly stay indoors noshing on this vegan charcuterie platter. Who wants to sit down to a 3-course meal when the weather is this hot, let alone cook such a meal?! Happy 4th, everyone! (one day late 😴) I'm still recovering from last night, so this will be brief. Let’s just say I had too much food & beverage and too much fun! It’s time to start thinking about red, white, and blue food, you guys! The 4th of July is less than a week away! I bought several bags of red, white, and blue potatoes that were just begging to be turned into gnocchi. So I obliged.
