Oh my goodness, time is flying, you guys! It's mere days before Christmas. 17 days to be exact, and that's hardly any time at all. Whenever the daughter comes home, I always make sure to stock up on vegan food items or ingredients. Like chickpeas and tofu. She loves those things! And as usual, I tend to overbuy. So, did you all have a terrific Thanksgiving? I certainly hope so! I myself can't complain. Despite all the trepidation about putting together a vegan Thanksgiving for the first time, I thought it went pretty well. My family gave me a 10 for the effort, and we all concurred that the result was a solid 9.
