Hiya, Fiesta Friends! I hope every one of you had a wonderful Christmas filled with boundless love, immeasurable joy, and, most importantly, fabulous food! I myself can't complain. My family and I had a cozy, quiet Christmas, exactly what I expected and wished for. Actually, I do have one little complaint. Our Christmas prime rib roast turned out disappointing.
