During the busy days leading up to Thanksgiving, I somehow managed to make these pickled cranberries.

Only to forget to use or serve them on the day itself, darn it!
It would have been a perfect match for the roasted turkey, of course, sigh…
I’ve since served them alongside these roast pork sliders, and they tasted fine with the sandwiches but nothing to write home about.

I think maybe they’ll be better in a cocktail like a Cranberry Martini. What else can you do with these shiny, festive red berries? If you have any ideas, I’m all ears.
