Happy Day After Thanksgiving aka Black Friday aka Snooze Day for me.
Who wants to do anything anyway after a night of too much food?!
The husband was trying to convince me to go with him to look for Black Friday deals, but I passed.
Anyway, I wanted to show you this Spinach Puff Appetizer I made last night.

It’s a new addition to my Thanksgiving table this year and it’s definitely a keeper! Basically, it’s Spinach Dip, which my family loves, baked in puff pastry shells. So YUM!!
