For a while now, I feel that this site of mine, FiestaFriday.net, needs some serious upgrades. It’s looking dull and frumpy. And old. And boring… You know what I mean, don’t you?!
At the very least it needs some major fixing. Things are NOT working well here! There are broken links, an out-of-order contact form, and many other issues… I wish I could just wave a magic wand… sigh…
I guess I know what I’ll be doing this weekend, ho hum…
Also, I seem to be stuck in a cooking rut. Every day feels like a struggle to figure out what to cook or eat! I could, of course, live on Uncrustables for days on end, but is that really the responsible thing to do?
Lucky for me I work with someone who is wise. She suggested I should cook or eat something I truly love and go back to basics. So, of course, I ended up making baked potatoes. I’m so glad. They satisfied all the cravings I didn’t even realize I had!
