We’ll be leaving tomorrow for our trip to the UK, and I’m trying to use up the contents of the fridge to avoid wasting them.
Our house sitters are welcome to whatever is left, of course. They’re coming over today to enjoy a meal with us and to get them reacquainted with Skye.
I’m serving DIY grain and salad bowls. It’s a fantastic way to utilize a lot of ingredients, don’t you think? Plus, it allows everyone to customize their meal to their liking.
The next time I see you, hopefully I’ll be enjoying family time and good weather somewhere in England. And I hope the linky party will publish without a hitch. Until then, I bid you all a great week ahead!
