We have been enjoying some excellent plant-based meals lately, thanks partly to our daughter being with us, but mainly because we are on a mission to discover the best vegan restaurants in our area.
We are planning a vegan “Feastorama” for the summer, once all the traveling is over and we finally get a chance to relax at home.
The Feastorama will celebrate several occasions at once: a graduation, 2 birthdays, and a visit from my mother, who shares the same passion for plant-based eating as our daughter.
Since I’m in charge of the feast, I will make things easier on my part by ordering most of the food from the restaurants. Am I smart or what?! 😂
Honestly, this is an occasion best left to the experts. I would never be able to churn out half of the stuff these restaurants can make!
Here’s More Amazing Stuff!

I have no problem with vegetarian dinners, so we do that at least once a week. My posted recipe for Spicy Orange Shrimp with Broccoli Couscous also has a version using Tofu on the recipe sheet (I don’t like shrimp, so my husband gets those. I’ve cleaned too many in my day and never want to eat another one). If I can’t have steak, prime rib or lamb, then I go vegetarian and am one of those people who actually LIKE tofu! * Have a beautiful and bountiful Summer!
Dear Angie, Thank you9 for the party. Enjoy your Friday
