Fiesta Friday #546

What a stressful week it’s been for me! A few essential items that I’ve ordered for my upcoming trip are not going to arrive in time.

So now I will have to brave the stores or worse, the malls… again… sigh…

I’ve also been anxious about leaving my fur baby Skye.

I have to keep telling myself to have faith that she will be well taken care of. After all, I’ve asked the help of two of the kindest and most caring dog lovers that I know of! Thank God for great friends like them!

Yesterday I invited them over to re-acquaint Skye with them. Skye did seem to remember them well and was happy to see them so now I’m feeling a little less anxious about leaving her.

Still, our first leg of the trip happens to be the longest one. It’s the longest non-stop flight in the world, as of now. That’s definitely anxiety-inducing!

To get myself to relax, I’ve been sipping this passion fruit mojito all week. It’s the best! All my stress seems to melt after a glass or two.

When I “see” you next week, hopefully I won’t be as stressed. Hopefully, by then I’ll be enjoying great food and drinks!
