Focaccia or pizza? Or flatbread? Are they all essentially the same, anyway?! Why are decisions so hard to make?!
But we don’t have to choose one or the other, do we? We can have them all.
And so I did. I had them all.
I used this shockingly easy no-knead focaccia recipe as my guide, sort of, then split the dough to make a focaccia and a half-and-half pizza.
Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too, ha!
