I just realized as I was typing this that it’s almost the end of February! When did that happen?!
Everybody knows when March rolls around, spring will arrive shortly after. And that’s when I’m the busiest because then I’ll have the outdoors as well as the indoors to contend with.
I’d like to get an early start if I can, so spring cleaning is about to begin around here… starting with the blog!
I haven’t paid too much attention to this space! Just like your home, your blog also needs sprucing up every now and then. Or else it’ll start looking tired.
For one thing, I haven’t “fed” the blog for the longest time. By that I mean I haven’t posted any new recipes.
The last recipe was posted close to a year ago, right around St. Patrick’s Day. Am I even still considered a food blogger?!
Anyway, I reckon it’s appropriate that my next recipe should be St. Patrick’s Day-related. And that’s why I’ve been trying to perfect my Shamrock Scones.
If and when I’m satisfied with them, I will share the recipe.
And now it’s time for features!
“I need to start working with bread dough again because there’s nothing quite satisfying and stress-relieving than kneading and slapping dough, lol. And this barmbrack recipe will fit the bill.” — Angie
“This meatloaf is screaming my name. Yum!” — Jhuls
“Yes to anything banana!” — Jhuls
“Mini lasagna cups, made with the ever-versatile wonton wrappers! Need I say more?” — Angie
