It doesn’t look like I’m done traveling yet; I’ll be leaving for California in a few days. So I’ll be fiesta-ing with you from the West Coast most of next week and the next Fiesta.
Speaking of next week’s Fiesta, since California is 3 hours behind EST, I will have to wake up at 5:00 am to make sure my post publishes without a hitch next Friday, sigh…
It’s fine… It’s a small price to pay… Traveling is supposed to be fun, right?! I’m sure I’ll have a great time visiting with family and friends and all. Maybe there’ll be an opportunity to go hiking as well and check out Yelp-recommended restaurants, etc. (Btw, how do you guys find restaurants? Is there a site or an app I should use other than Yelp? Let me know, Fiesta friends!)
On the kitchen front, I think I’ve finally cracked the paella code. Last weekend, I made the best paella ever!
Maybe I’ll have time to write the recipe and how-tos on the plane, we’ll see…
