Fiesta Friday #486

The weather has been pretty mild so far. Which I appreciate.

And from the looks of it, the plants in the garden do as well. Things are definitely looking green and lush out there. Check out this newly planted foxglove. Isn’t it pretty?

Btw, I took that picture with my new iPhone, and it’s unedited. Looks pretty good, doesn’t it?!

Maybe I won’t need to travel with my camera in tow?? I’m not sure… would be nice to not have to lug it around. We’ll see…

Anyway, let’s get on with the fiesta-ing, FF friends! I do have more cleaning and packing to do. Just another week before my trip/vacation begins.

It’s Features Time!

Chicken Taco Pasta

Sweet Strawberry Honey Cornbread Cake

Greek Salad Boat

Japanese Sticks – Palitos Japoneses

Hi, Angie! That foxglove looks amazing, as well as the photo’s resolution and quality; since I got my current phone, I have discontinued the use of my digital camera, and it is so convenient to have the means to capture the “Kodak” moment, anywhere, anytime. Thank you for hosting another great Fiesta Friday, and especially for featuring my Japanese Stick Cookies; this week, I am sharing #6 Rabbit (Chicken) in Pasilla and Tomatillo Sauce. Have an exciting week preparing for your trip!

That sounds great! I’m hoping I can transition to the phone camera, too. The stick cookies sound delectable!

We tried that and was disappointed with some of the pics that we treasured to not having great resolution! Great for selfies, but the difference between camera and phones was noticeable!

True, a good camera will beat out the best phone camera on any given day, but the phone is more convenient to carry around, I suppose. I’m not ready to give up my camera just yet.

Who’s ready for Cinco de Mayo?! I am! 🙋🏻‍♀️ May I suggest celebrating it with this Pineapple Margarita Chicken Quesadilla? You gotta make that Pineapple Margarita first, though. Coz that’s the marinade for the chicken! As if I need to twist any arms. 🤣 The more margarita, the merrier, says people everywhere. 🍸🥳 Link in bio!
