Whenever I visit the UK, my first stop is always the Marks & Spencer Food Hall.
And guess what I usually get? This salad.
Along with the 3-for-£8 of what they call Picky Bits.
And more often than not, I also grab a cheese scone from the bakery.
Occasionally I indulge in a mini Bakewell tart or an Eccles cake.
On a recent visit, I also decided to buy this version of Jaffa cakes.
And my verdict is… It’s better than the original! That’s my personal preference, anyway.
The Supergreen salad, though, is a must-have. Why is it so good?! It can’t be that difficult to copycat, can it? Does anyone have a recipe? Please share if you do.
Now, shifting to a different topic, did anyone see the solar eclipse on Wednesday? And did you take any pictures? Because when I did, this is what I captured.
These photos were taken in Southwest England, where the partial eclipse was supposed to be over 90%. Can someone explain why my photos turned out like this? Was the eclipse captured as a reflection next to or slightly above the actual sun?
Is there an explanation for this?
