Oh my gosh… can it get any hotter?! It honestly feels like your skin is melting under the sun out there.
I’m definitely not in the mood to turn on the stove or oven, so the simplest meal – besides eating out or ordering takeout – is something like these semi-homemade sandwiches.

I transformed a store-bought rotisserie chicken into a salad and added fresh garden herbs to make some pretty tasty sliders.
But seriously, who cares about the food when it’s blazing outside? The most important thing right now is the drink.

This pineapple margarita fits the bill nicely.
What about you, Fiesta friends? How are you all staying cool in this heat? Tell me!

Thank you so much for featuring my vegetarian recipe among this week’s favorites ☻
Super fun and motivating.
Have a lovely weekend ☻
It’s been nothing but a week of rain here, but we had the hot weather last week. Now it’s nice and cool, in the sixties/seventies. Thanks for the party.
It’s been a long minute since I visited and participate, but I’m so happy to be back. I brought my TUSCAN CHICKEN PASTA SALAD, PAN SEARED CHICKEN in HERB WINE SAUCE along with my BROWNED BUTTER TOASTED COCONUT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. Thank you for always hosting a GREAT party and I hope your week is wonderful!
